Absolutely wonderful service by Cybermedic Dr. My mother was weak & unable to leave the house due to a terrible case of food poisoning in the middle of the night. Dr Sethu and Priya drove all the way from KL to Putrajaya and acted swiftly.

They were very well prepared, professional and attentive. I anticipated having to look for medications by ourselves at 2am but was pleasantly surprised when they provided us with the necessary medications as well.

The best part is that their service doesn’t stop after they leave our house. Dr Lyn followed up with us up until the 3rd day to ensure my mother’s condition improves.

I have to say Doctor Sethu and Nurse Priya were really efficient and fast to get to us. So thankful that they managed to help my mum cos she was in alot of pain. To be able to get to us at home so fast and not having to send my mum to the hospital was just a blessing. It is very distressing for the elderly going to hospitals.

I hope that the good doctors and nurses at Cyber Medic will continue to play a huge role in the lives of all those who are in need of such a much needed service in our country Malaysia. Hope they have more of you throughout the country. It is so needed and hopefully more outlets in the near future for all Malaysians to have access to such wonderful, efficient & caring service.
